Learned and executed all facets of the business, to include Operational areas, Human Resources, Sales, Service, Specialty and Commercial. Drove business and operational strategies, generating revenue to the bottom line. Operated stores in Nevada, California and Washington State. Responsible for overall store operations, sales and margin performance. Built and developed key relationships with customers, store team and community to improve business results. Managed and reduced store expenses, improved merchandising standards, enforced policy and procedure compliance to include safety and security, and directly involved in developing current employees and members of management team.
