Daily Duties at Kohl's:
Effectively oversaw all aspects of operations to include hiring, scheduling and training for new store opening. Primary Responsibilities • Recruited, interviewed and hired 205 associates for new store opening. • Conducted all new hire orientations and scheduled computer-based training. • Maximized coverage and productivity through Assets scheduling and workload planners. • Supervised receiving, stocking, ad set and front-end teams. • Managed payroll and controlled all aspects of the monthly Financial Statement.
