For CVD Optimization project (1st project) 1) watch and report the progress of the job site (3 projects in series) 2) try to earn the trust from key persons of client to get the contract signed (the first CRD optimization project was not signed yet) 3) assist the CVD specialist to instruct the client how to optimize the CVD operation 4) make sure the client follow the instruction 5) collect data then report daily back to Houston for analysis 6) observe the CVD operation and rods deposition progress 7) watch over the polysilicon rods harvest and check the quality 8) observe the problems or wrong move of client and report to Houston 9) communicate with client so to convince them to correct their thoughts 10) social with the client RDR Project (2nd peoject) 1) Check the construction of the site (started from zero) 2) Check the imported reactors (total 4 ea. ordered by DEI, need to be responsible for that) 3) Tag along with client to buy a dryer for the catalyst 4) Watch over the catalyst drying process 5) Watch over the filling of catalyst to the reactors 6) Watch over the flushing of reactors 7) Assist the specialist from Houston for signal cascading 8) Watch over the start up 9) Collect data and report to Houston 10) Check the operation at site daily, make sure no any problem 11) Verify the conditions for final inspection 12) Celebrate the outcome with client!! Distillation Purification Project (3rd Project-total 6 lines) 1) collect data daily then report to Houston 2) watch over the process to clean the new column 3) verify if the client is ready to connect the new column onto the purification system 4) check the actual operation daily, in control room or at site 5) verify the quality daily and report the client’s opinion back to Houston 6) collect the feedback from operators of each line, send to Houston for better judgment 7) verify the preparation conditions for final inspection 8) try to interpret the outcomes to client and make both sides satisfiable 9) celebrate with client !! In between the projects a. escort the person from Houston (mostly the VP) for technical presentation b. social with prospects for further business opportunities c. answer the inquiries from prospect (language barrier and less cost and fast react) d. attend and prepare the biddings e. sourcing the fabricators for the equipments f. looking for new clients according to the company’s new direction (from corn stems to ethylene glycol)
