As a corporate officer / director for RIALD, Inc. San Francisco (SF) branch, my responsibilities were to interact with the Chairman and President of the Hong Kong home office. Locally, I represented RIALD's interests with real estate brokers, bankers, and tenants. Created asset value to the San Francisco Bay Area real estate portfolio by creating a business plan that repositioned each property to maximize market conditions and position them for sale disposition. I hired and lead management teams for Capital Improvements Construction, Facility Maintenance, Marketing and Leasing duties. Successfully met and exceeded income/expense financial targets. I determined criteria for property disposition and facilitated the sale of 3 SF Financial District office buildings.
