Achieved 99%+ occupancy levels (annually) by developing/implementing superior sales and leasing methods, and collaborating with staff to facilitate targeted goals. Achieved 87% lease renewal rate. Maintained Zero Dollar delinquency every month with no exceptions; ensured high levels of customer satisfaction while keeping rent at-or-above market rates. Reduced annual property expenses 25% while increasing Net Operating Income (NOI) 30% over budget. Exceeded all performance benchmarks throughout successful career, consequently receiving high accolades; left on own accord in 2014 for personal reasons.
