Provided Human Resources consulting services for the Card Services Business line in multiple geographical areas, which included call centers in; Alaska, Arizona,California, Iowa, Minnesota and Nevada. Consulting services included; employee relations, recruitment and staffing, performance management, training and development with a special emphasis placed on Diversity and Inclusion.
