Daily Duties at Horizons Technology, Inc :
Managed cross-functional responsibilities and oversaw the day to day program management activities in the Government Program Manager’s absence for the ACAT I JTIDS reliability and maintainability division. Responsible to provide technical, reliability, maintainability, and managerial expertise as an Integration Engineer for JTIDS, with responsibility for multi-service and multi-national systems integration, engineering development, program acquisition, developing spend plans, and scheduling. Lead the development team to conducted and witnessed reliability qualification testing and maintainability demonstrations for the multi-service tactical datalink program office. Supported reliability, maintainability (including Built-in Test) during DT&E and IOT&E. Lead Government team using the Willoughby Templates and reliability growth concepts to improve JTIDS from 56 hours MTBF to well over a 500 hour MTBF
