Daily Duties at Redbox:

Specifically hired to improve performance of redbox kiosks and overall operational structure throughout the United States. Challenged to turnaround poor regional management & employee engagement, improve operational efficiency, & implement process & system measures to control inventory and operating costs for 7 regions covering 10,000 kiosks. Oversaw all aspects of field operations, inventory management, product allocation & re-allocation, and operational excellence.
