Daily Duties at Coinstar/Redbox:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing operations strategy & roadmap for the New Ventures & Innovation team. . Challenged to implement retail & consumer goods operations best practices as well as hiring regional management, implementing employee engagement plans, and focusing on operational efficiencies. Instituted process & system measures to control inventory and operating costs with the growth potential of 5,000 kiosks and $500MM dollar revenue potential.
