Daily Duties at Photogenic Inc:
Responsibilities include management of nationwide field operations, human resources/recruiting, customer service, and information technology, consisting of 800+ overall staff. Managed venue relationships with clients to ensure premier customer service and quality partner relations, while ensuring revenue targets were met or exceeded. Implemented new accounts/venues and directed all activities related to recruiting, training, staffing, customer service, technology installation/deployment, tech support, and inventory management.
