• Managed and developed operations and compliance strategies across all functions of the company. • Developed relationships, drafted, negotiated, and closed complex commercial contracts and agreements with national and international customers, suppliers, vendors, distributors, and wholesalers. • Handled employment law and human resource responsibilities including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, ERISA, ADA, COBRA, FMLA, RIF, and IRCA. • Managed regulatory compliance experience with local, state, federal licensing and environmental agencies including FCPA, BATF, and TTB. • Advised on all complex legal issues, provided legal advice, managed all litigation and outside counsel. • Developed product and intellectual property including copyright, trademark, and product liability issues.
