Daily Duties at Kealy Law & Mediation Center:
• Responsible for client procurement and development and the coordination of firm resources as managing counsel for cases filed in Colorado and throughout the nation. • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, trustees and taxing authorities. • Defend clients and negotiate with taxing authorities, creditors, and lenders to obtain offers in compromise, loan modifications, debt settlements, and avoid foreclosures. • Conduct mediations in family law including divorce, child custody (parenting time), asset division and maintenance issues. • Mediate bankruptcy, foreclosure, credit workouts, family law, and business law cases.
