Daily Duties at Laguna Ventures (Lvi):
Tasked as the Program manager and data architect using emerging ontology methodologies such as the Semantic Web (RDF/OWL) to analyze the relationships between several data sources within the Intelligence community (including the FBI), created a semantic Operational Data Store (ODS, changing daily) and a Data Warehouse (long term storage of historical data) in order to provide the customer with state of the art analytic capabilities, Research and create a prototype using web services to import data into a data warehouse that received big data from multiple sources and stored in AllegroGraph and Web 2.0 Semantic Web Ontology Language as an analysis tool. Required researching new technology, training, and implementing a prototype. Tools used were AllegroGraph, TopBraid composer, and SPARQL. Promoted to Director. Managed four small research projects using Agile. Support Business Development. Manage two IDIQ contracts for new business and networking with other participating companies. Required use of online systems to track task orders and new RFPs. Tools, MS Office including Visio and Project. RDF, OWL, TopBraid Composer, SPARQL, SQL, AllegroGraph, and several GOTS programs.
