Daily Duties at Qinetiq Na:
Successfully created financial analytic tools using Deltek, SQL Server, SQL, Sharepoint, BPMN, Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams (both AS-IS and TO-BE) which will be used across the accompany to not only provide required government and civilian reporting but also tools to analyze the business and allow senior management to make better decisions. Created a data model from all executive systems and the current and needed interfaces between them. Defined the dashboard and the tools for it as well as the SQL to export to Excel for configurable charts and graphs as well as supporting “What IF” capabilities. Create an enterprise data model, initially in Visio, of all the executive systems, with focus on Deltek which supported our finance and timesheet capabilities. The model was the starting point for creating an executive data warehouse to interface with these systems to create all of the necessary executive reporting needed by the company as well as providing newer and more accessible analytic tools. Worked with the team to provide all of the data and ETL requirements and create the technical requirements for the developers.
