Daily Duties at Qineti Q Na:

Provide subject matter expertise and program management support for tactical level business process reengineering project for the USDA as part of a larger application consolidation project using service oriented architecture (SOA). Provided management oversight for the sub-contractor that had been assigned the BPR task.Wrote a Business Process Management Plan. Provided schedule. Interfaced between the company and team. Several field trips to APHIS locations. Tools: MS Office including extensive use of Visio, Project, and Powerpoint. Provided for the Enterprise Architecture team an analysis of the current data architecture to better design a common data model for 8 disparate applications to support the consolidation of these systems and ensure all business functions continued as well as support for the recommended changes.
