Daily Duties at The Carrington Group:
Information Technology Division, served as the lead technical asset for the organization. Mr. Betts supported business development initiatives in both the commercial and federal market sectors. Mr. Betts served as the senior manager for all technical personnel employed by the corporation and was the direct supervisor of all seven of the organization's Project Managers. Reported directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and personally managed over six projects which grossed the organization over forty-five million dollars in profits. Accomplishments *Managed the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Engineers Management Contract for five years which included a successful re-compete effort *Moved the Company to a Common Operation Environment which secured a CMMI Level 3 corporate maturity level of proficiency *Supported the corporate goal of conversion of marketing footprint to equal 50% federal and 50% Commercial business profile *Increased corporate retention rate of personnel from 27% to 87% for technical personnel *Developed and Implemented corporate dashboard for tracking performance and skill sets within the organization.
