Manager for $33M T&M Department of Defense, TRICARE contract. Responsible for managing all activities and budgets related to the Defense Information Telecommunication Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) contract with 300 sites, 20 corporations and a staff of 72 comprised of project managers, engineers and analysts. Managed four subcontracts; conducted customer pre-sales visits; identified new business development areas, developed relationships with potential strategic partners; negotiated multiple contract modifications that increased revenue by 97%.
