Lockheed Martin Senior Project Manager 11/08 - Present Supported Department of Homeland Security (DHS HQ) IT-NOVA Program, a $450M; 300 FTEs contract over a 6 year period. Managed several IT engineering & communications areas, including numerous teams (>45 people). Led multiple teams for the Operations & Maintenance (24X7) program spanning all DHS HQ sites. Conducted executive briefings; tracked and articulated issues/risks/action items; provided logistical coordination and acquisition guidance and support; developed performance measures and program metrics; resolved conflicts; Governance Boards participation. Developed a task tracking database and instituted a consolidated reporting process that captured activities for all Enterprise Engineering Services functional areas.
