Oversaw all projects and Project Teams in the Nigeria portfolio of more than 80 maintenance, production enhancement, revamp, debottlenecking and new production facility projects ranging from $5M to $5B, with direct responsibility for the development and approval of all funding estimates and the training of 22 project controls personnel.
