Daily Duties at Allscripts:
Current daily responsibilities included: Communicate internally with executive management, team members, and other corporate divisions regarding MyWay to Professional upgrade and escalations related to the upgrade. Draft concessions, returns, and amendments as required for professional services division. Track escalations related to Professional Services. Report data related to upgrade and services escalation to executive management. Work with various business functions to perform analysis and make decisions effecting customer satisfaction and cost through increased efficiencies. Managed temporary personnel as needed related to MyWay to Professional upgrade program.
