Developed Red Burrito Brand within Hardee’s system from 0 to 117 dual branded Hardee’s across 8 states in 3 years. Supervised consulting team of up to 10 to install, train, and provide ongoing support to dual branded company and franchise locations. Managed aspects of operations including distribution, vendors, menu manipulation, product development, training materials, and marketing programs. Analyzed profit and loss statements to identify common opportunities for dual branding on a period basis compared to non-dual brand results. Recruited participation of all corporate departments, company vice presidents, senior executives and Franchise owners to execute the brand. Built Red Burrito brand to recognize incremental 10-20% + sales increases. Accountable for 1.5+ million dollar administrative budget and 8 subset traveling budgets. Responsible for goal setting and brand achievement including weekly minimum sales standard of 8-10% to ROI of 32%, monitoring and follow-up with operations to meet goals. Developed new packaging as well as menu reformulation, resulting in gross profit increase of 2.9%. Consulted with franchise owners interested in pursuing dual branding from start to open. Progressed franchise participation from 2 units the first year to a total of 24 in 3 years, including 2 new stores. Created bonus program for General Managers of dual brand units to reward excellence in operations. Compliance of operational targets improved from 28% to 69%. Managed reward process. Implemented a local store marketing programs to improve underperforming stores. As a result, ADQ goals increased from 85% to 97%.
