Daily Duties at Hardee's Food Systems:

Managing all product rollouts from ideation to system execution. Senior operations representative for weekly executive team meetings. Liaison between Company and Franchise owners pertaining to operational initiatives. Coordinates any operational projects across Carl’s and Hardee’s concepts. Consults with various departments/vendors on the design of new store builds and mobil diner units.Responsible for Red Burrito brand operations of 44 company restaurants in the St. Louis Region. In charge of Dual Brand openings for Franchise community in Missouri, Tennessee and Georgia. Managing new products within the breakfast, dessert and drink segments from ideation, training, testing and details of system rollout to all Company and Franchise locations. Develops all coordination between purchasing, product development, QA, training, marketing and operations departments to product completion. Successful completion of assigned special projects: New Menu Test, Media Event with CNBC’s Mad Money, and Florida Market Enhancement
