Daily Duties at Pacific Partners Medical Group:
Responsible for 4 office locations in the Bay Area striving to support multiple physicians and managing 15 staff members while producing high quality care and patient satisfaction. Overseeing day to day operations of the medical group. Work closely with billing to monitor claims issues and A/R on an ongoing basis. Review superbills before submission for correct coding and modifier’s. Identify potential cost saving by monitoring and approving all medication and supply orders. Serve as an organizational resource for the corporate office, financial department, IT department and SCCIPA. Assist with credentialing process. Supervise all non-provider staff, including coaching, hiring, terminations and performance management. Monitor weekly payroll to keep overtime down while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
