Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Credit Card Customer Service Contact Center  Led the West Seneca sites Customer Service Representatives to ensure world-class customer service to credit card customers.  Developed a culture compliance and risk management along with the company’s core values of Deliver Together, Act Responsibly, Realize the Power of our People and Trust the Team.  Implemented new process to remove fraud block for point of sale declines; authenticating customer, reviewing transactions and determining fraud block.  Facilitated the project transition from Case Management to the Customer Service Contact Center line of business.
