Daily Duties at The Corbin Company:
Supervise a staff of 15 in the overall work and resources in support of the FEMA personnel security program. Strive for excellent customer service and meet short and long term program goals. This includes planning, scheduling, assigning work and managing production. Reviewing and approving completed adjudications, and final work products. Prepare employee evaluations, approve leave and training, and maintain team cohesiveness through recondition programs and constructive criticism as necessary. Recognize superior performance and provide opportunities to develop and train individuals to reach their fullest potential. Provide leadership and recommendations for fiscal responsibly through effective utilization of resources. Act as the subject matter expert for high profile cases. Ensure contract compliance and adherence to SOP’s and the SOW.
