Daily Duties at Stg International:

Develop, implement and administer the employment suitability program for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Develop, document, and implement procedures for all major aspects of the personnel security program. Create and deliver briefings and training using PowerPoint. Create and maintain a project plan to include tasks, timelines, communications, documentation requirements, and other information necessary to ensure well-planned development, implementation, and administration of the program. Advise agency management on program policies, procedures, and requirements, and on the impact of these requirements on organizational mission and operations. Work with agency personnel to develop and maintain IT solutions for tracking investigations and reinvestigation, using existing personnel reporting systems. Publish program updates to intranet for use nationally. Assist with other complex personnel issues by using research, analytical, writing and oral presentation skills. Maintain records and produce periodic reports on the status of projects, assignments, and investigations.
