Daily Duties at Phoenix Packaging:

 Successfully lead production planning to different plants in Latin America, coordinate logistics of shipments to domestic/international customers to guarantee efficient delivery to clients. Complete customer service functions including; managing complaints, providing information to customers, and responding to inquiries regarding products/services. Manage and support inventory levels to achieve inventory turn objectives and guarantee service level to customers. Manage appropriate forecasting, inventory management, product distribution, and replenishment control at multiple warehouses in U.S., in compliance with customer’s needs and company policies. Provide Sales Managers with constant support needed to pursue commercial goals; reporting monthly sales figures, product delivery compliance, open orders and orders status. Reconcile forecast to actual sales with sales team and customers to achieve corporate commercial and financial goals. Analyzed data to determine areas and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain process. Trained customer service team.
