Daily Duties at Addax Telecom:

• Oversee operations of inbound/outbound 40-seat, multi-shift call center. • Manage and maintain current business relationships to satisfy contracts. • Review employee performance to assure quality customer service and compliance with all policies and procedures. • Identify and resolve customer service issues. • Recruit, hire, and train staff for new 80-seat center.
