• Supervise overall Raleigh Flight Academy operation with 10 employees and 19 students. • Monitor students’ programs and progress, and implement measures to achieve completion within the • Recruit and interview potential students for flight academy. • Facilitate weekly staff meetings to review and address flight operations, student progress, overall program success, maintenance, and staff issues and concerns. • Start up and manage contact center to include, recruiting, training, coaching and development • Promote and foster team work and high productivity performance
