Daily Duties at Trg Customer Solutions:
• Supervise daily inbound/outbound, 24/7 call center operation including 10 direct reports and 240 seats. • Collaborate with upper management and staff and interface with customers to establish objectives and goals; pinpoint areas for improvement and develop plans to correct issues. • Introduce detailed performance initiatives to achieve productivity and assure high quality customer service. • Develop standards and strategies to achieve/surpass objectives; monitor metrics for quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators (KPI) and create management status reports. • Oversee and support corporate growth, including the launch of a 110 seat contact center. • Ensure employees comply with contact center policies and procedures, and commitments are satisfied. • Recruit, manage, and develop contact center staff; initiate up-training for existing staff.
