Daily Duties at Ask Telemarketing:
• Supervise performance and operations of inbound and outbound campaigns to include 5 direct and 125 indirect reports. • Communicate with clients to ensure needs are met. • Develop standards and strategies to achieve/surpass objectives; monitor metrics for quantitative and qualitative key performance indicators (KPI) and create management status reports. • Collaborate with upper management, team leads and staff to meet established objectives, goals and focus on areas requiring improvement. • Train, coach and develop staff.
