I was hired at Kia of Coatesville to run the entire Finance department with no previous Finance directing experience. This was a huge challenge and great opportunity for me. I was the only Finance Manager and was in charge of all aspects of the Finance department. I consistently averaged over $1,300.00 per car in back end sales gross with my best month being March 2015 where I finished the month at $1,612.00 in back end sales gross. Kia of Coatesville roughly averaged 100 units per month new vehicles and used vehicles combined. My extended warranty penetration was always between 45% and 55% with GAP being sold at 60% or higher. I also was very strong in new car leases with an average back end gross profit of $1,082 per lease. I also averaged 40% penetration selling tire and wheel warranties, 70% penetration selling window etching, 25% selling paint protection, and 35%selling pre-paid maintenance primarily on leases.
