Daily Duties at Subway Development :
• Insure all units are complying with company rules and regulations • Insure all units are in full compliance • Assist owners marketing their stores • Train new owners on all aspects of running their store • Identifying areas of opportunity for improvements • Work with owners on their Profit and Loss report • Identifying areas of strength and weakness for each unit • Be creative on promoting stores • Setup new POS and update existing units • Follow up with customer complaint and insure a resolution had been reached • Order equipment and décor items for store remodeling.
