Daily Duties at Webtronics:

Performs all duties listed below to assure all customers receive quality computer services to meet their professional and personal needs System Administrator for 85% of all medical and 75% of all legal offices in the surrounding area while assuring the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy and Security Rules Designed and distributed a catalog of all products and devices used in/out of shop Deployment, installation, and trouble-shooting of analog, digital, IP-based cameras, AS400 servers, DVR, NVR, and HVR setups Provide RDP and VPN support for Cisco and Sonic wall to any needed source Responsible for delegation of the following duties for new associates after a personal mentorship orientation process that includes an initial observation period followed by completion of a competency checklist Perform multiple data backup/recovery solutions Provided 24 Hour on call IT support for all major businesses Extensive knowledge in the following: Office (03-07), Intuit QuickBooks (05-09), Softpro, True point Payroll, Microsoft Windows(95, 98(SE), 2000, XP, Vista, 7 Operate a 24-Port KVM PC station and manage two in-shop and out-of-shop technicians Run and terminate CAT5/CAT6, coaxed cable, and install security cameras Deploy, install, network, and map out Microsoft SBS 2003/2008 Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server Deployment, and maintenance. Provide on-site and off-site technical support to all surrounding businesses and home users Troubleshoot Hardware, software, virus problems, and Network Issues. Analyzed key metrics to measure product effectiveness. Identified product problems and strengths and collected data on the customer experience. Managed the 8-person local IT team, allocating resources to ongoing projects and enforcing deadlines. Maintained in-depth knowledge of distribution platform guidelines and capabilities to guide internal development.
