Daily Duties at Ftsi:

District HSE Manager for Colorado Distinct -Wireline Completions. • Oversee daily safety operations and ensure compliance in- line with OSHA, DOT, ATF, & EPA. •Analyze and evaluate current health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and ensure they meet all local, state, federal requirements. •Design and implement local safety programs to fit corporate and client needs. •Establish and maintain records for training and certifications. •Perform on-site/facility audits and develop corrective actions to reduce risks. •Assess and administer safety training as needed. •Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and corrective actions. •Oversee local case-management and develop mitigation plans. •Administer monthly safety meetings to abate risks and concerns.
