Daily Duties at At&T:
Managed account base of 54 wholesale customers and $28M annual revenue across WI, IL, IN, OH and MI territory. Provided total telecommunication and cost savings analyses in promoting AT&T network solutions. Uncovered opportunities for wireless, access, and transport of traditional voice, VoIP and data services. Engaged technical sales engineers to design and propose appropriate solutions for decision makers including C-level management. Provided product/sales training to reseller sales teams and attended joint customer/end user meetings. Built annual sales from $15M to $28M+ and secured 100+ accounts in underperforming areas. Brought voice (local and LD) and Internet service back to the AT&T network as a result of 4 years of business development focused on SMB prospects and customers. Acquired and applied knowledge of tariffs/guidebooks and contract elements including master carrier agreements, master service agreements and non-discloser agreements in closing sales. Recruited, trained and led a team that achieved 100%-to-quota sales month after month. Earned President Club recognition for sales achievements.
