Daily Duties at Tds Metrocom:

Promoted and drove sales for VoIP hosted voice and data solutions for cable business prospects and customers in the Wisconsin marketplace. Primary focus was on promoting solutions with convergent voice and data that included dedicated Internet access and a full feature set with Cisco equipment and managed services.  Performed all sales cycle stages that included identifying new customers by cold calling and networking, setting appointments to evaluate needs, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, and closing sales by restating value proposition for customers.  Successfully grew revenue by working with marketing staff, inside account managers, and outside account executives to expand customer spending and reduce churn.
