Daily Duties at Ricoh Usa:
Generate sales of hardware and software solutions to SMB, enterprise organization and non-profit prospects and customers. Solutions include networked multi-function printing, document management, VoIP and other IT services. Work in close collaboration with business units that include network design, human resources, technical operations and market development in aligning solutions to customer needs. Develop and maintain customer relationships through upper management contacts. Consistent sales producer, achieving 100%-to-quota month after month.
