Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within HR department.: talent management, hiring, developed standards, fostered teamwork, management proficiency & profitability, promoted process improvement, relationship management, organizational astuteness, developed organization strategies by identifying and researching issues; contributed information, analyzed, recommended, and implemented human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities including: talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health( OSHA), succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.
