• Responsible for current and future growth of Business • Responsible for shaping proposal strategy and negotiations with business partners, sub-contractors and service providers o Responsible for Profit Share negotiation, Teaming Agreements and Drafting Sub-Contracts • Subject Matter Expert during the proposal phase by developing concepts of operations, organization construct and totals for direct and indirect employee support • Establish critical link between startup and steady state by providing planning and oversight of new awards • Oversee financial model build, projected P&L and perform market viability analysis • Responsible for Continues Improvement and Operational Efficiency on steady state contracts
