Lead on SWOT Analysis and feasibility studies to assess business model. Responsible for and set annual marketing and sales budget. Negotiated contracts and supported customers such as Nestle, Meijer, Sysco Foods, Dole and Sun-Kist. Hire, lead and support 6 national sale representatives with estimated 30 million in sales annually. As part of management team oversaw vendor partners' construction of two rail cross docks in Illinois and California. Work to identify new business opportunities and strategic partners. Worked directly with investment bankers on private placement memorandum and presented to potential investors.
