Daily Duties at Packembal Packaging Solutions:
Responsible for clients relation and negotiations. Prepares financial presentations for senior management by incorporating new and existing reports along with analysis of business trends for future opportunities. Supports the development of executive reports, presentations and ad hoc reporting capabilities. Formulates client’s annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Manage multi million dollars pipeline, representing around 6,000 tons of packaging material per year. • Managed more than $ 200 million in gross revenue in 2007 and around $ 320 million in 2008. • Improved client base and profitability by introducing the company to different economic sectors. • Effectively managed multiple simultaneous, highly demanding clients with continuously rolling schedule. • Coordinated processes with all departments within the organization to ensure adherence to schedule and quality of the final product. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, prospections, new technologies, schedules, etc. • Recommends changes in services and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations and action plans to upper management. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
