Daily Duties at First Niagara Bank:
Program Manager and Middle Office Director of a 400 person broker dealer. Responsible for the day to day activities of a 12 person team of managers that runs the banks third party broker dealer. These areas of management include Finance & Planning; Commissions; G/L Reporting; Customer Service; Sales; Vendor Management; Compliance; Legal and Marketing. Responsible strategic planning of the business and the lead relationship manager for an $11.5 million relationship with LPL Financial. Attend and organize recognition events along with tradeshows and educational events. Provide KPIs to Senior Managers and Peers on a monthly and quarterly basis. Provide product vendors with quarterly updates on the business and the needs of the advisors. Develop and manage internal focus groups to gain insight on challenges with Financial Advisors and Licensed Bankers. Represent the division for strategic and long term technology planning. M&A integration and performance management of direct reports.
