Daily Duties at I D Sourcing:
Management of projects based on innovative concepts, from kick-off to market introduction, and monitoring all the variables of these projects. Development of new initiatives and processes to successfully implement the company’s strategy for new markets. Conducted financial analysis to support senior leadership with developing the business segment’s long-range strategic plan of more than $ 60 million for the next six years. Provide customer value chain analysis, cross-sell opportunities and portfolio management. Managed around 40 projects a year, with approximated value of $ 10 million. • Responsible to develop the company’s operation in Brazil. Accountable to create and ideate innovative solutions to be delivered to clients. • Lead of iterative projects, constructing ideation and prototypes. • Within 3 months of activity, projects managed resulted in $ 1.2 million of profit, securing the company’s first 18 months of operation. • R&D analysis, budget negotiations and team leadership.
