I created and managed scheduling to meet the service demands of the organizational customer base. Became a skilled motivator and instituted an organizational awareness campaign that has led to over 85% of all calls into the center to be answered in less than 30 seconds and reduced customer wait time to an average of less than 2 minutes by effectively utilizing workforce management using Nortel's CCMIS in conjunction with the SL 100. Cultivated partnerships within the organization to add value to the team and provide project involvement to keep team members on the cutting edge of organizational direction. Established and implemented departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures conferring with organization officials and staff members as necessary. As an accomplished leader who implemented professional development requirements to expose staff members to areas of interest, process flow analysis, coaching, leading and mentoring. As a customer advocate responsible for the customer support process to function on the premises of critical thinking and root cause analysis.
