Daily Duties at Hcl/Microsoft :

Senior Design and Technical Lead Year two hired as full-time HCL/Microsoft employee. As senior design and technical lead. I manage a team of six designers onshore in Redmond and offshore in India. As our web development projects have expanded so have my responsibilities, which still include working directly with agency design teams, an expanded production team, and digital rendering and animation groups. Along with leading the design team, current job responsibilities consist of page layout and review, image, cutting, scaling, sizing, manipulation and correction of content for all of the Microsoft product lines: MS Hololens site, MS Surface site, MS Band site, MS Surface Hub site, MS Edge site, and the Xbox site. I work to create, generate and maintain these responsive/adaptive interactive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices which are all translated into 28 localized global versions. I am responsible for maintaining the highest levels of quality from all visual perspectives throughout all page layouts, review content for errors in image or page color schemes, compositional arrangements, text, font arrangement, kerning variations and overall aesthetic points of view. I also work on and create specific content and prototyping for new applications with agile development teams for HCL and Microsoft projects in lieu of advertising agencies, and handle new and overflow graphic and UI, UX design for the Microsoft product lines listed above.
