Partner/Director / Waste transfer station manager working on heavy equipment while managing the operation of the facility. Managed a staff of 20 including 4 machine operators; successfully trained and mentored new hires. Significant active role in employee productivity and training programs. Ensured equipment was maintained to a high standard by working closely with plant technician, significantly decreasing downtime. Supervised waste picking operations to ensure regulatory compliance. Reviewed efficiency of waste management processing techniques and made improvements by implementing more efficient work flow processes.
