Daily Duties at Teleperformance:
- Develop and implement analytical reports showing short and long term goals, trended data and potential improvement areas. - Work with Clients on implementation and rollout of standardized reporting for CSAT Analysis, making sure to measure Client impacting KPIs. - Data entry, data auditing, creating Dashboards and monitoring all data for accuracy.
