Coordinated diverse import and export transactions with ocean shipping companies, interacting with suppliers in China and South Korea to import the goods into USA and later ship them to Mexico and drop shipments to Spain, Austria and Italy. -Reviewed annual sales reports , managed inventory of water coolers spare parts. -Performed market research. Issued Export documentation, resolving timely delivery and quality issues. -Negotiated freight quotes for shipments to Mexico. Used complex CRM system: "Commerce at Work" for processing of orders.
