Reviewed dock notices generated in Verizon Grapevine TX and purchase orders . -Prepared and approved vendor international documentation. -Prepared and reviewed export documentation: Commercial invoices, Shipping letters of instruction, packing lists, Certificates of origin using Incoterms 2000 & 2010. -Tracked , followed-up all process from Texas to the Verizon Offices in LATAM, verified. the shipments were released from different countries customs. Used different CRM tools : Trade Collaborator Version 14, NSAP (ERP system) and Verizon Shared Drive.
